Jenna Tiedje is a passionate and highly experienced personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals. With a career spanning over a decade, Jenna’s journey began in 2012 when she became a certified personal trainer, quickly establishing herself as a trusted professional in the industry.

Jenna’s expertise encompasses a wide range of fitness and wellness disciplines, making her a versatile and dynamic coach:

  • Personal Training: Jenna works closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Her supportive and motivating approach ensures her clients stay on track and reach their full potential.
  • Paddleboard Fitness: In 2014, Jenna founded Paddleboard Fitness, a revolutionary program combining the thrill of paddleboarding with effective workouts. Jenna teaches clients proper paddle form and anchored workouts that engage the core and provide a comprehensive fitness experience.
  • Blue Drop SUP & Fitness: As the driving force behind Blue Drop SUP & Fitness, Jenna offers engaging paddleboarding and fitness classes, including group sessions and corporate team-building events. Her passion for paddleboarding shines through as she introduces others to the joys of this exhilarating sport.
  • Wellness Living: Jenna believes in a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the importance of nutrition, mindfulness, and overall well-being. She shares valuable insights on her Facebook page, Jenna Tiedje, to inspire others to lead healthier and happier lives.
